Cliff Bay Muskoka Corp., part of the KS Group of Companies, has entered into an agreement with the Province of Ontario to purchase and redevelop the property known as the former Muskoka Centre. The plan includes a new tourist commercial complex with hotels, branded residences, restaurants, retail space, and waterfront amenities. The redevelopment will also involve crown lakebed land and follows the Ministerial Zoning Order (MZO) process.
